Welcome to our Apartment House "Apart Burgblick" in Ladis, the heart of the Tirol region in Austria.

Wake up every morning and enjoy the fascinating scenery of the mountains around you. Our vacation spot - the Apart Burgblick in Ladis offers -without a doubt- one of the most breathtaking views of the valley and the surrounding mountains.

Only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Ladis, another 5 minutes to the lifts & gondolas that take you into Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, one of the best skiing resorts in the Alps. Or better even, take the free Shuttle Bus from next to our house straight to the lift station, where you will be able to use the free skiing gear depot.

The flats have a balcony or terrace.

Particularly interesting for groups of up to 16 people: shared lounge in apartment 1.

As a particularly family-friendly house, children up to 15 years of age are free of charge (the minimum occupancy price of the respective flat then applies).
