Apartment 1 is currently 65 m² in size (700 sqft.), with a terrace of 25 m² (270 sqft.), offering enough room for 4-7 guests.

The living room/kitchen area features a glass extension to expand the space for the whole family or a large group.

This area now also offers a table large enough to seat up to 14 or 16 people simultaneously for a joint meal of the whole group (see floor plan below).
