The period addressed is 09.12.2021 - 24.04.2022
- You can cancel or postpone your holiday for winter 2021/22 up to 14 days before arrival without giving a reason.
- Cancellation/change of booking free of charge is possible until the day of arrival under the following conditions:
- Your home-country is classified as a high-risk area and a quarantine is required upon arrival, which cannot be circumvented by full immunization
- In the case of an upright travel warning/classification as a virus variant area for Austria/Tyrol/Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region and the associated quarantine obligations on the return journey, which cannot be circumvented by the status vaccinated, recovered or tested
- Border closures
- Official closure of cable cars and service businesses
- Official closures of accommodation facilities
